Legendary Creatures #3-----Mothra

"Mothra is the benevolent winged goddess; the protector of the earth. She represents peace and renewal and is loved and revered by her followers.
Mothra has four stages in her life: egg, larva, pupa, and adult. The egg is blue with yellow swaths of color wrapped around it and interlaced with white specks. There can be one or in rare cases two larva that hatch from the egg. The larva that emerges is large and ugly and resembles a gigantic brown caterpillar. This larva can defend against threats, but not as well as the adult. Its main weapon in this stage is its suffocating silk spray that it sprays from its mouth.
When the larva is ready to make the transition to adult, it spins a cocoon out of its silk and wraps itself up in it. After an undetermined amount of time passes, the adult begins to emerge from the cocoon, usually accompanied by singing and worship from Mothra's twin priestesses.
The adult Mothra resembles a giant butterfly or moth, giving her a delicate and benign appearance. Beneath that appearance however, is sheer power. Mothra has several deadly powers at her call, including the ability to shed deflective and poisonous scales from her wings, the ability to fire electricity from her wings and antennae, and in a later form; the ability to fire three lasers from her forehead, and the ability to fire a blast of energy from her feet. She also has the ability to morph into battle forms such as Aqua Mothra and Silver Mothra."
